Being the national leader in the cashback industry, Cashrewards hired us to take over their existing browser extension over 3 years ago. The main purpose of the app has always been to ease user spending experience as well as maximize revenue per each user. Another key goal was to shorten feature-to-market time to allow for faster product development.

Challenges

Last click problem - a common issue for most cashback companies when a user leaves a checkout to look for a coupon and ends up leaving for good or using a competitor’s coupon.

A browser extension that covered Chrome, Firefox and Safari which account for 90% of the user base.
